MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER: OK....Here's a Replica gun that could not have existed in the 1970's. Around 2018 we had a customer request 2 pistols for a film. He gave us clear specs, and honestly, I didn't want to build them. Adding blue colored grips to a replica gun to me makes it look fake. We're in the business of more realism, not less realism, hence my reluctance. But...As I like to say: "We'll play pool with square balls if our customer wants us to", so they got produced. I did like the pair very much, but never added them to our online catalog. Recently, we got a suggestion for a pair of pistols that was VERY similar to that 2018 request, so I whipped up a few....Handguns dolled up like this are so common today, that the grips NOW....add realism. So, I think the time has come to offer these guns to the public, and I gotta say, I REALLY like both the blue, and the Jade Green. If you are looking for a modern replica 1911, this might be what you are after. I am offering these with Blue and Green grips, Stainless and Titanium/Black, and with and without a compensator.
